Based on experience two months ago, here are Satelindo (Indosat) Matrix roaming SMS charges in Singapore, Malaysia and Japan (all for SMS sent to Indonesian numbers):

COMMENT: DoCoMo is a lot cheaper, but unfortunately Matrix is now on 802SE which is not compatible with FOMA base stations here in Fukuoka.
