The pawmaru font is rather big and looks like bold font. Often it is too big to display on A1000 (e.g., the clock on bottom bar cannot be displayed properly due to the size). Download the following font for a smaller font:
This font is made for Sony Ericsson P800, but it can used on A1000 too. It contains not only Japanese fonts, but also Korean, Chinese and Thai, that’s why the file size is big. Install only Linnea_S.gdr, font file containing only the smallest size (12 dot). Now everything looks much better in A1000.
To install both Pawmaru and Linnea and to be able to use them interchangeably easily, install Sman. Then use Sman to change system font from Pawmaru to Linnea (displayed as “P8000EFONT”).
